It's really opp. dependent. Obviously the higher you play, the better hand readers you'll be up against. As a general rule, I try to not make any "plays" without some kind of read before hand. This guy's preflop stats don't really tell us whether he can make a laydown or not.

I certainly get the point about raising if 200bb deep, but I would be more inclined to call because our implied odds are usually beter.

I like to raise flop here, as played I think I would call the turn, even though I hate calling again, maybe raising, representing the 67, you have loads of outs. As you can see it'd be tough for me too. I think that raising the flop makes it easier to play

Also if you asked the CR guys, I think they would recommend raising the flop, if you are gonna call w/ 86s, then this is the flop you want

I pushed the turn, he took the full time then called. He had JJ, river missed me.

I called this flop because I'd raised the last 3 or 4 I'd seen. On the turn I thought perhaps I would fold a 2nd barrell and even a hand like JJ or top pair with the push and still have a decent shot against anything he called with.

I felt as soon as I pushed I was over-estimating my chance of folding villain. Hence post.

I would raise this flop 90% of the time.

I like calling the turn, considering how we got there. Flop is a sometimes raise/sometimes call thing I think, depends on how often your raising these types of boards I think.
