Sounds like the tourney was a disaster though and looks like he's considering court action against them.

Goalpoker, who claimed to have exclusive online rights to JCI it appears pulled the plug on all of their winners a few days before the tournament started (they did the same to all of their WSOP Main Event winners in the week before the tournament started.......)
