He made McManus look like an idiot instead of himself, McManus called with queen high only to lose to his king queen LOL.

OMG. It wasn't queen high. Seriously, you should be banned. Everybody knows "Jack High?!?!"

I don't know if you're kidding but it was queen high. Ellix kept sayin jack hi tho. It was limit hold em. That one foul mouth woman was in there machine gun sumthin. David Chiu (sp?) was in there as well.

[/ QUOTE ]

You mention the silly broad and Chiu but not the winner, who just happens to be John Hennigan?

Yes, because I thought someone already mentioned him. Does that mean I have to go to bed w/o cookies?

I was at a table with Ellix in the WSOP limit shootout. Slightly more subdued in person then you'd gather from TV and was nice to the players but a little rude to the dealers/floormen.

Last winter, Mr. Powers visited a Portland Oregon area warehouse that used to hold small, highly juiced, MTT's. He was promoting some website, don't remember the details. I was 'lucky' enough to draw the same table as him for one of the NL tourneys he played in. The first hour he played tight, was very polite, and seemed more concerned with plugging the website. During the break he ended up smoking some Oregon chronic with one of the locals. He came back acting very animated, started making God references, and check/called off his entire semi-healthy stack w/ A7s.

There was a link to a blog about someone who followed him around for 2 weeks in the next year's WSOP.

Ellix swindled the guy out of a few hundred, but it was worth it for the blogging.

20ish entries at the bottom of the page, with a couple others mixed in the middle.
