Lee, I would like to play a lot more at pokerstars however.. playing from Australia nearly all the good electrical stuff in the FPP stores says US, Canada or Europe only. I can't get a monitor, or a camera or a HD-DVD player or anything. I can get an ipod but I already have one of those. Can I use US or UK Amazon vouchers? Lee it would be really nice if there were no such restrictions. There is no reason a US monitor will not work in Australia with the right adapter.

As mentioned, it will be hard for you to order electronics from the US Amazon site. It is still very easy for you to use FPPs to get what you want, however. Just order a US Amazon.com gift card with your FPPs, get the code emailed to you, sell it on eBay and use the proceeds as you wish.

The transaction costs are low and the risks are minimal (though one 2+2er ran into problems). You'll get very close to full value for the card as well.

Ironically, eBay is against online gaming, making it particularly sweet to use them to monetize your FPPs.

The electronic items can be ordered directly from the FPP store tho right? It's just that they're only available for US, Canada or Europe. Good idea re: the Amazon gift cards tho, I might give it a shot.
