Default Pokerstars VIP

What exactly is the purpose of becoming a VIP? Like I read all the benefits and such, but I also read somewhere that being Supernova give you 28% rakeback. Would anyone mind clarifying this for me? BTW, I'm set to become a Silverstar VIP in probably 2-3 days, so I would like to know the benefits of Silverstar VIP and the upper levels.

It's the equivalent of about 28% rakeback in FPPs, they don't actually give RB. But since you can buy Amazon gift certificates at the FPP store, it's just like RB (to me at least). There's also the concierge service, where supposedly you can get almost anything.

Hi folks -
If you get to Supernova, then yes, you can get just about anything [1] for your FPPs via the concierge service. And even if you're just GoldStar, the Amazon gift certificates are perilously close to cash.

We're also looking for more cool items to add to the FPP store, so it will just get better.

Best regards,
Lee Jones

wtfffffffffffffffffffff

I went to dictionary.com and put in modulo and it said look up modulus. I think this makes it pretty clear what modulo cash is.

Ummm, okay.

BTW - the 28% figure applies at some limits but not others.

If you are playing a lot of 10/20 limit heads-up or something then you won't even be close to 28%.

If you are playing 2/4 or 3/6 10-handed then you will be higher than 28%.
If you play limit 6-max 3/6 or higher then it would would not be as much RB equivilent as 10-handed but still probably reasonably close to the 28% figure.

28% is a decent estimation for most stakes. But you stand a good chance to be +/- 5% from that (or more) so don't take it too literally.

Yeah, the difference between different games and limits actually become very big in "rakeback" %, so best is to make a calculation for yourself.

I think modulo in this context means anything except cash or gold bullion. Am I right?

Lee,

Your vocabulary is far too advanced for this forum, please dumb it down a bit, thanks.
