Good limp PF, and always call a pocket pair if it is 1 bet back to you. Good job. Really call anything if it is one bet back to you.

I would checkraise this turn. I think you are ahead here the majority of the time especially given your read on MP2 as a moron. If you get 3 bet then maybe worry about MP2 having the 4. River is scary and while you probably should, bet/call, I would likely play it as you did.

88 is a very strong hand, so raise PF. This may reduce the number of people taking the flop and hitting their miracle trips.
After you raise, there's no one line I can suggest, everything falls into the "it depends" category.
