without knowing where to draw certain things (which you can transmute into other things) it made the battles very lame, and once you did know where to get stuff like ultima it made it very easy. The storyline though was my favorite of all the games I played but I'm a woman and liked the whole romance thing. The ending was all my favorite. [/ QUOTE ] Vehn, this clearly needs to be incorporated into your online dating profile. |

No the actual game was on the GameCube, Nintendo's current home console.
If you wanted to play multiplayer, each player had to have a gameboy advance and a link cable, you could not play using a controller. You linked the gameboy to your gamecube and item lists and so forth would appear on the screen while you used it as a controller (even worse since the D-pad is not analog). It would have been great as an optional feature (and was advertised as such prior to its release) but nintendo decided to push their connectivity [censored] which failed on a huge level. |

Yes, you could breed a Gold Chocobo. It was done by mating a Black Chocobo with a "Wonderful" Yellow Chocobo and using a special nut (not the same ones used for the other breeding). Both wonderful chocobos and those nuts can only be found in one location in the game - I forget where exactly, but it can easily be looked up if you care.
The ones you breed are usually way better than the one given to you by Ruby. |

I have played and beat "almost" every FF game released. I do need to get origins... I've beat 1, 4 (US2), 5, 6 (US3), 7, 8, 10, CT (Chrono Trigger).
My faves have always been 6, then CT, then 7, then 4, then 8. I hated 9 (hence never beat it). Also, even though it isn't FF, you almost have to throw CT in with the bunch. |
