I don't think a flop bet of 20-25 commits you to play for your whole stack. If you bet 20 you will still have almost 70 left.

Betting 20-25 puts 33-38% of my stack in the pot. I think I'm committed at that point.

I disagree. If you are almost sure you're behind if he raises you I can't see a reason for pushing the rest of your stack knowing you have to hit your 2-outer. If you think Villain is capable of making a play with TT/JJ or just overcards then I can see a case for committing your stack. Anyway, a 1/2 pot flop bet would most likely have won you this pot and will do so more than the required 33% to break even.

I feel like the flop is the time to decide how likely I'm ahead. Bet-fold just doesn't feel right in this spot. I think I played this weak. I should've factored in button playing position on me. I probably should've just closed my eyes and bet 3/4 pot.

i'd bet the flop. I'd go around $35 I guess. If he raises me then I have to make a decision, but i'm just about never folding an overpair that is QQ+ at these levels.

[/ QUOTE ]
If you bet 35, there's no decision after that, right (given stack sizes)?

[/ QUOTE ]

contrary to popular belief you can fold after you put in half your stack if you know you are drawing dead. If he pushed over the top of my bet i'd consider folding. I doubt he pushes with something that doesn't beat you unless he's got balls of steel. I still maintain that i'm basically not folding here. If he's got AA or KK then he gets my money.

AJo seems like a strange hand for a 19/4/1 to reraise pf, how many hands did you have on him?

[/ QUOTE ]
That was my thought. I think I gave him too much credit because of his PT stats. Range was AK, AA, KK. After thinking about this for a while and reading all the responses, I think this is too narrow. Bet the flop sounds like the way to go.
