get some cardio in there...either high intensity (20 sec sprints, 10 sec jog...repeat, build up to 20 mins, which will take a while)...or do 45 min jog, or 45 min biking in between a certain heart rate to burn fat.

eat decently, you can reasearch this pretty easily in a day or two and build a decent plan for what you want, then have her do weights. Research that as well, you dont want to hulk her out.

btw she will probably just get fat again if she does not have any self discipline. Do fake boobs look good on fat people? Dunno, Id think fat people boobs look better than fake boobs, if you are fat.

can somebody explain how to put a picture on to here? I will try to get a picture up in the next day or so...also if somebody knows how to upload it from facebook that would be great..
