what was the old points structure? this looks much different but i can't remember specifically what it used to be

Where do they get their customer service reps? I wonder if they have ever considered that it might cost them more having these cheap Indians working for them in the long run. I know the savings they make annually must be huge, but come on.

On the other hand, as many posters have pointed out already, people whine but they still continue to play there. Why is it so hard to move out of a site that you dislike?
