Re: AQo, 4-flush board... too aggro for me?
that turn isn't really a clark, it's a value bet, and if it were it were a clark it's a bad clark because it's on the turn.

Re: AQo, 4-flush board... too aggro for me?
How much value, really, is there against a flop capper? What range do you put him on?

Re: AQo, 4-flush board... too aggro for me?
probably none, but I'm just saying that this bet probably achieves more value than it does clark. It's not like this guy is ever going to fold a better hand here, which is where clark comes in, but occasionally he'll have something like KQ and no diamond.

Re: AQo, 4-flush board... too aggro for me?
I check-call the flop on this one and definetly, check-fold the turn. If i'd bet the flop, I would have 3bet the raise to see if the button was for real.

[ QUOTE ]
I tried a clarkmeister on the turn... probably should have been a c/f there huh? How's the 3-bet on the flop? Too much?? [/ QUOTE ] I don't like the 3-bet on the flop and c/f would have been a smart play. |

Re: AQo, 4-flush board... too aggro for me?
Just to be clear, I'm not saying check/fold the flop; I'm saying checking and folding the turn is probably prudent based on the action up 'til that point.

Re: AQo, 4-flush board... too aggro for me?
I'm 3betting villains on the button who raise with one limper in, when I'm holding AQ, 99% of the time.
