Re: Unbreakable
It is clear to me that Metropolis is a fictional EARTH city. IT does not symbolically represent other cities. The Gotham City concept is much more fuzzy. When I watch Batman movies, it seems to me that it doesn't take place on Earth.

Tron, I am not 'trolling' because I said I didn't like Unbreakable. [/ QUOTE ] I know, I was referring (and also responding) to your ridiculous "thoughts" concerning Gotham City. |

Re: Unbreakable
You're either an idiot or a troll. You just said that Gotham seems to represent NY, but now it is fuzzy. Also why would you think Batman doesn't take place on earth?

Re: Unbreakable
IT SEEMS to represent NYC but is also fuzzy. IT is never fully explained. I feel that Batman doesn't take place on Earth because in the movie they have technology/devices that do not exist in real life. Superman movies do not have this problem.
I don't see why I am an idiot/troll for saying this, it's obviously true. If you can watch Batman and get past this stuff, good for you. I can't. Fantasy aspects to movies make me hate them. I hate Harry Potter, The Chronicles of Narnia, etc etc etc etc. |
