It is clear to me that Metropolis is a fictional EARTH city. IT does not symbolically represent other cities. The Gotham City concept is much more fuzzy. When I watch Batman movies, it seems to me that it doesn't take place on Earth.

Tron, I am not 'trolling' because I said I didn't like Unbreakable.

I know, I was referring (and also responding) to your ridiculous "thoughts" concerning Gotham City.

You're either an idiot or a troll. You just said that Gotham seems to represent NY, but now it is fuzzy. Also why would you think Batman doesn't take place on earth?

IT SEEMS to represent NYC but is also fuzzy. IT is never fully explained. I feel that Batman doesn't take place on Earth because in the movie they have technology/devices that do not exist in real life. Superman movies do not have this problem.

I don't see why I am an idiot/troll for saying this, it's obviously true. If you can watch Batman and get past this stuff, good for you. I can't. Fantasy aspects to movies make me hate them.

I hate Harry Potter, The Chronicles of Narnia, etc etc etc etc.
