1: all fold
2: he folded
3: I finally just called, he had 66 and MHIG. Looking back, I don't think there was any point raising anyway. Min-raise, maybe? ..we'll never know.

Hand one is suspect. Hand two looks good. Hand three was defintely looking like a block bet - but you have to think that he would block-bet this with the low straight or a number of other sets that he wouldn't call a raise with. Who thinks 666 would call here for even just a min-raise? I doubt it. SO, this looks good.

On #3: Obv it is very player dependent/image dependent, but if you are 3 betting that much and have a loosish image and it is standard/unknown player, I think this is all in. Usually str8/flush is raising on the turn here for value (thinking you just hit your AK) and fwiw i find 2 pr/lower set will call on riv often enough here to make it worthwhile.
