Being good at videogames usually means fast reflexes, and quick decision making with limited information. Using limited information to make fast educated decisions is one of the most important and underrated skills in poker.

I think you're right on. For me, I was a hardcore gamer for about 10 years. Then I found poker, and I found that I was able to apply my ability to concentrate, analyze information, and consistent drive to improve myself, to holdem.
This last part is key, I think. Whether it be FPS's, real time strategy, or MMORPG's, I was one of those people who constantly analyzed my game through discussion & reading forums.
