Any tips on dealing with smoke?

this actually really surprises me that this is still a problem. the only BM I have played is Jackson Rancheria, and they allow smokers on the rail, which is of course very close to the tables, but I have never had a problem while at the tables (even though I absolutely HATE cigarette smoke and am quite sensitive to even a little bit of it). they must have better ventilation I guess

I flat out won't patronize anywhere that smoking is allowed. I apparently have some sort of allergy to it. I can last about 1 hour, then my chest tightens, my throat starts to hurt, and I start to feel nauseous.
