[ QUOTE ]
wily is by no means a LAG. he is nittish if anything. i also just call pf. [/ QUOTE ] In my experience with him, he's really only LAG for PFR's and flop draws, not PFRR's. I can't imagine him having anything worse than AK or TT here, and neither near often enough for you to call here. I doubt that stopped you though. |

I think you have to call this against wily. He is a pretty good player overall (seems to be a solid winner) but has a tendency to push preflop with some donkish hands like 77/88. That addition to his range makes this a call -- against a random player, though, I think I find a fold most of the time.

grim i think most people are advocating the flat call in the BB to avoid this precise scenario, reraising opens the door for the very tough decision that you now face.
i don't know this player but given your image and info i call here, maybe unwisely, but the push just screams don't call. as others have said KK/AA definitely does not do this and correctly slowdown due to your aggression. QQ MIGHT do this but AK seems most likely. |

i think you're up against AK most of the times here. there's a good chance he has you crushed obv but i think YOU'RE dominating him more than you think too.
