Most people seem to want a fold. I should have. I shoved, he called and showed AA and won.

Trying not to be results oriented here. I suppose against your standard opponent they'll fold anything but AA, KK to the 50$ reraise, and flat call with other stuff (QQ, JJ, etc) or muck hands that are way behind. So there's basically no reason for me to shove.

I get a feel for our history, what he thinks of me, and what he would do if he was going to make a play.

If he shoved for the 4-bet, id call, if he made it 250, i usually fold, for example.

Lay it down unless it seems like the guys trying to just push you off any hand, or if he's a maniac.

if I have some history I shove against unknown or standard TAG I fold. shoving is standard against some at 3/6 probably only one person (you know who you are) I would shove against who plays 2/4.
