Err. I think this is a super easy river fold, yet no one has meantioned it, what am i missing?

Also, if know knows your decent then c/r the flop.

Preflop: I think you should 3bet. I think the hand range for most TAGs in this spot is such that AQ has pretty good value here.

Flop: After 3betting I would lead the flop. With the intention of either betting or perhaps check/raising the turn.

No offense, but I think the line you took is pretty bad. You don't jamb it up when it is likely your hand is best (or has value), but then bet out once the board gets coordinated on the river. If UTG has airballed the board, he's not calling you on the river, but the nature of the board is such that 2 pair or perhaps straights are very likely for your opponent, so you'll be stuck paying off if he does have you beat. Also, hands like KT and QT that may have given you a little action earlier are probably now able to get away from the hand.

Just my opinion...
