Frank's is so pedestrian (although I have plenty at my house and use it often). Just google gourmet hot sauce, or go to like www.hotsauceplanet.com or whatever - they're out there.

Dave's Insanity Sauce is fairly standard for best hot sauce.

I'm a big fan of the sriracha/cholula duality. I just wish they sold cholula in bigger bottles, I go through one really quickly.

1. cut up an onion
2. add sugar and sriracha
3. mix
4. eat

it tastes great, especially if you're eatting it with pho.
