Default Does a better hot sauce exist?

I love this stuff. I put it on everything from fries to noodles. Its hot and has flavor which I have found so lacking in all other hot sauces. I could care less if your hot sauce will be super-duper-atomic spicy, I want flavor too.

Is there a better sauce out there?

That [censored] pwns. I also really like the Chipotle-flavored Tabasco sauce a lot.

I like Sriracha on most Asian foods, but my last job had a roach coach that would swing by the office at lunchtime, and if we were too lazy to hit a taqueria, the hard-workin' Chinese couple in the roach coach would make tacos/burritos and then use Sriracha as the hot sauce. It just didn't taste right with pseudo-Mexican food.

For that, I prefer Tapatio or El Yucateco (I'm sure there are more obscure brands that are better, but that's what shows up at the local taquerias). Tapatio is great on eggs, too.

I had this over the weekend for the first time. While it is hot I found it lacking flavor. I used quite as bit too.

The rooster bottle is good, but it doesn't work with Mexican food.

I read this topic and answered yes...rooster sauce. Then i opened the first post and saw that's what you were talking about.

Me and my friends actually took a bottle of it to a Phillies game one night. It was dollar dog night so we doused our dogs in this stuff, boners ensued.
