Ok my rationale for checking the turn was flawed, but here it is:
- Did not want to fold as we may currently have the best hand (and I 100% agree if we bet and get check raised we need to fold) - So check the turn and call a safe non-flush, non-straight river card - fold otherwise Now I agree that b/f is better as if we are behind we lose 1BB either way - however we have the chance of taking it down on the turn with a bet......just needed to think it through a little more
