This update has also disabled my PTS. When I use the automatic limit table scan like before it scans through the tables like always but in the database box where it used to say what database it was searching it now says status:stopped. EDIT: Its now woking but this problem still happens from time to time. I fixed it by restarting PTS. Upon another restart the problem happened again and on a 4th try it worked again. Just got PTS ...could use some help if anybody can offer it
I can connect to the database (SQL) I follow the startup instructions exactly it says status: Scanning Table (# of ##) But I never see any of the stats, any of the tables, anything. It takes about 20 seconds per table, which I guess is the default timeout amount, and then goes to the next number. It worked when I had the demo... |

[/ QUOTE ] i'm so disappointed with this program. i bought it the day the guy posted here, and it's never really worked for me. using ONE database it takes several hours to do all tables for a single limit. i still don't undersatnd why |

It actually worked great for me for a while--just stopped working today though. All tables are "not updated."

it is so slow for me, is there anyway to get it to speed up. It's not too bad for getting the table and player names. Just when it queries the databases it takes forever

One of the thing that kept me from finding a solution, is that i have never been able to reproduce this problem on my configuration, because everything works fine on my PC. Also, only a few of the many registered users i have now, have complain that they cannot use PTS at all because of this problem, and i am very sorry it is your case. Maybe you can email me at ptssupport@free.fr, so that we can try to find a way for you to send me a backup of your database, so that i can try to reproduce the problem. However, all the users that had this problem, found that PTS works much better when they started a fresh new database. Have you tried this? Regards PTS support |
