Psychokinesis

Player 1: "I have quads!"
Propaganda: (concentrating)
Dealer: "Player 1's cards have hit the muck...his hand is
dead...Propaganda's jack high wins."

If we're going to go through all that why not just have magical bank-robbing powers or a money factory?

Yeah, using an old Jedi mind trick you could do the following:

"I have quads - what do you have?"

"You don't need to see what I have."

"I don't need to see what you have."

"This isn't the pot you can win."

"This isn't a pot I can win."

"You should fold your cards."

"I fold my cards."

"Don't forget the dealer."

"Here Dealer, here's $5."

Jedi rakes in pot.

Bah, you wouldn't play perfect FTOP if you knew your opponents cards. That WOULD be boring.

[/ QUOTE ]

Yeah you're right it would really suck.

I'd scrape up ten grand as fast as I could and play 100-200 and win a thousand dollars an hour with INSANELY
low variance.

It's hole cards, it's been discussed before, and I think paulp even wrote about it and a simulation he ran on his livejournal.

If you're deep stacked at a full table, hole card knowledge is definitely way more valuable.

But with shallower stacks, you'll see more allin preflops so community card knowledge is way more valuable (I have 43s facing an allin but I know the board will come with 3 spades, etc.). You can get allin pretty quickly with crappy hands over and over if you know you'll hit a big hand post flop. I dunno how long you could do this until people suspected you of cheating though.

Personally I think Danny Nguyen has the community cards superpower after watching him take down that WPT event a while ago.

X-Ray vision on cocktail waitresses

But, for the actual game it would be seeing the hole cards. Nothing else comes close.
