i am having the same issues

AA, KK, QQ are my top losing hands the past week

It's rough, i feel for you, and i understand

The ONLY Thing you can do, is just calm down when you get them, don't go nuts raising, just play smart, if you flop a set, continute, but why not try playing these hands passive for a while? Couldn't hurt, at worst you just lose a little less
