Default Nervous Breakdown

I don't get it!!! How can someone in a 5/10 limit game, in the SB call a raisae with Q7 off, against my KK.
THEN, bet the flop with his middle pair, call my reraise, and hit a 7 on the turn??????/

How can someon with 53 off call down bottom pair with no redraw against all overs, 3 of which are 9 and above. How???
I think I am going insane
My pocket pairs have all lost the last 18 hands because people call to the river even though they flop NOTHING!!
NOTHING!!!
In a NH tourney, someone called my preflop raise with AK against my QQ. He flopped nothing. I go all in . He calls and catches a K on the river
NOW If I have AA KK or a set, he is drawing dead. WHY????
do they do it???
Can someone explain it to me?????
Please. I am no tired, or tilting, but I am steaming now.
WHY??? WHY do they call with nothing!!!!
Someone help me understand this!! PLEASE!!!!

I am going to break the screen. I have lost $300 alone at 3/6 with QQ, KK, AA, JJ
I hate pocket pairs now.
What can I do to break out of this. I have had downswings, but I can't win with a high PP because calling stations, with nothing and no draw call to miracles. WHY???

Most professional players have lost to a 1,000-to-1 draw at some point.

Calm down already.

If you can't, stop playing poker.

I have been playing decent poker, I am not incredible, but I have been making good decisions, most of the time. Seeing your pocket pairs lose 90% of the time is nerve racking.

Maybe I should take a break.
How long?

Nothing you can do, sound like you are letting results get to you. You can only play so well, after that it come down to short term luck. The card will break even.
