Peppermill has 2-3 NL with 100-1500 buy in most nights. Starts around 7 or 8 and usually has some fishy players (esp if Im there) El Dorado plays bigger. If you are here before June 18th, you may want to check out the action at Harveys South Lake Tahoe as the WSOP circuit is in town. Lots of side game action to be found.

I played twice at the Peppermill this week to get a feel for the games, and it's true, they are all very soft. I didn't play in the NL game, but from what the dealers and other players told me, it is a very soft NL game.
