This is pretty awful I must say. If you feel he is stealing and want to pull a move, I would either
a) reraise preflop
or
b) check raise the flop

Calling preflop is pretty bad. I don't think 69off is a hand you want to set up a play with. Leading flop is even worse. Oh, and show your cards when he folds. Good for table image.

There's just no reason to call with 69o. I'll do this sometimes with something like A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Just fold pre-flop. Most of the time in these "stealing" situations in small stakes games, the PFR'r is simply raising with the superior hand.
