Grunch:

Don't donk the flop, fold the turn, fold the river.

There's no reason to donk the flop. You aren't going to clean up any outs to reasonable hands that UTG would raise with. Just c/c and see the turn. The real problem is that you just made the pot 1 BB larger enticing you to maybe peal another on the turn. Unfortunately my leak is also pealing the turn in situations like this. I agree that given CO's pfr percentage, you are most likely in big trouble. Muck the turn.

Yes, folding is the right thing. Don't feel too bad since I think most everyone probably goes through a phase similar to this. Ok, maybe they don't, but I did... after a little while you will figure it out.

A 4-bet from a fairly tight player on the flop just screams monster. I am peeling one on the flop with this huge pot, but turn is an easy fold.

I'm still in that phase myself. Call turn then hear the voice in my head "don't fold for one bet on the river. You are not alone Pyro, but the responses here are right, and I know it too.

C/C the flop. You may be tied by a couple conifg's of AK but not enough to call down OOP w/o hitting the flop or turn.

There is no reason to bet this flop, so just check. If it's two back to u it's an easy fold. With ur read on CO he could have AKs or QQ+. Therefore I would peel the flop (getting 14.5:1) and then fold the turn UI. On the turn we are only getting something like 8:1 and combined with the huge risk we are drawing dead or to split I don't think it's worth to continue.
