Definitely weak. I don't mind the 3-bet and you have to at least see the turn. If anything, his willingness to bet the flop is weak. If he had a ten wouldn't he be more likely to wait for big streets (i.e. stop and go to your 3-bet?) I'd probably see this to the end.
