Re: OOP sucks...
[ QUOTE ]
WTF. No one else can see three hearts? Am I blind here? Why wouldn't some fish play a flush draw just like this?

Re: Misplayed QQ leads to interesting spot
raise flop is a must. but you know that already.
any reads on the button?
i don't think you can overcall this river. if BB is any good he won't call this river with a lone jack i think.

Re: Standard
rebuy before the hand.
i would call the flop and prolly fold turn. he cc pf so it's likely a flopped flush with a suited connector.
22 he might b/3bet on this board. i hate getting it in on the...

AJ- standard, but somehow strange spot
Hey guys!
Villain is 21/0 over 30hands. He seems to play kinda dumb poker, but I haven't seen him take this line before.
I really wanna raise this [censored] up like I usually do, but with these...

I got a boat! Sweet... or not?!
Hey guys!
Villain was sitting with me on another table, too, on which i was running like god. He should view me as a LAG due to the unbelievable run of cards at the other table.
Villain is 18/15/3...

Re: AQ, against LAG HU
i have been playing a lot of HU lately and there's def times that i look villain up in this spot. w/o specific reads i like a fold.

Re: 200NL: Do you call this 60BB limp/shove?
[ QUOTE ]
You need 46.1% equity to call and he'll probably have pairs here a lot more than he'll have AQ. Easy, easy fold.

you flip w/ most pairs and have him dominated when he has...

Re: 97s on OESD

but we are deep?
[/ QUOTE ]
sc just don't play well OOP. you can flat call small pairs and hope to hit a set, but you need position with these sc to play them profitably.

Re: Aces on a dangerous board vs a passive player
nh
i stack off here, too. this guy could have sooo many hands that i really can't find a fold. maybe MAYBE you can c/f turn against this guy, but i think that's a poor line against most players. KXc...

Re: 97s on OESD
fold pf. 97s looks nice, but you can't play it profitably OOP. if you wanna play this you should 3bet, but i'm not a big fan of either one. so pf i pitch this.
flop is a muck too i think. the fd is...

Re: I suck (folded a set of jacks on the flop)
i don't see me ever EVER folding a set of jacks here vs an unknown. 54000BB deep maybe, but not just for 200. Just stick it in. I've seen guys do this with TcTx, AcKc, AcKx, KQ, (maybe KJ), QJ if...

Re: How do u play the turn here?
i like a b/3bet better because this is kind of a drawy board although there is no fd.
c/r turn AI on a brick is fine too.
edit: i actually 3bet this flop very often. you are OOP and don't want to...

How to defend against sets?
Well on this board (w/o a specific read that villain is uber passive) i stack off for 100BB. If we were deeper we might be able to get away from this. then i like the...

Re: NL(100) KK Hows my line?
whats up w/ ur betsizing? that's just bad. make it 4BB pf.
flop: what a nasty flop. i like a close to psb cbet here. if he raises i'd prolly stick it in on the flop here. calling is just bad bc ur...

Hey guys!
Not much history with villain. He is 20/13/3 over 40 hands. I just joined the table.
Comment this please. Super standard? What's up with this overbet on the flop?
