If you plan to plan to have dedicated dealer then $5 dollars for every [x]hours from every player playing on that table. You are playing for such low stakes, so I see no reason to charge a door fee....

I find the 200 nl really soft. Basically the players have no idea what fold equity is and will call with a bad flush draw, all I have to do is push and hope the flush don't hit. If you get drawn out...

Hollywood park have a very wild 40/80 game, most of the players stay 2-3 days streight trying to get even.

My mom works at Hollywood Park Casino here in Cali. It is pretty relaxed there, since they let the dealers go play while on the clock.
