Olives have a lot of fat, but they are definitely yummy. You'd probably actually be a little better off with some dressing, as protein needs fat to digest properly.

How do you post pics on 2+2? Do you link it to a photo hosting website, like Photobucket or so or how do you insert them in your posts?

Re: Way out of shape...heart check 1st ?
Seeing a doctor is a good idea. I know some fitness centers offer free assessment when you join/obtain membership with them.
I would start light so you won't exhaust yourself. For myself I also...

Re: Fat Burning Cardo(swimming?) etc
Swimming builds you "soft" muscle, and I wonder if that is the reason your sources think it takes less time.
I like doing a stationary bike exercise about 1 hr/session and 3 times a week with...

Re: fold pocet KK after turn raise?
I think I would check/call the turn and check/call the river. I figured villain had AA, so I'd get to see the showdown cheaply. Would this be an acceptable play?

Re: 6 max blind war
If I were in the situation, I would probably just call on the flop because you have a bottom pair, then c/r the turn because now you have the top pair-2 pair, and bet the river.

I'm just a starter... He says I play like a girl. I wasn't even supposed to play on that limit.

Re: K9s did I play it correctlyin BB?
If I were in the situation, I probably would call the flop, check/call the turn and the river.
Would fold the flop be an acceptable play since it is a monotone board?

Re: Rate this bet/fold
I would probably 3bet the turn because I doubt that he had a stronger hand. I wouldn't fold on the river eventhough he might have a flush?

Re: BB garbage flops big draw
If I were in this situation, I would probably bet the flop, check the turn and bet the river (or c/r the river if expecting CO bets).

Re: Weird turn check
You have 2pair. Bet the turn. If he has a better hand than you he deserves more of your money. The Bottom line is this, I am never checking the turn on that board after this action with 2pair.
