Big pot with a flush draw

Villain was something like 19/16/3. I hadn't seen him at the NL600 tables before.

Two hands against a flop minraise

I'm not exactly sure what to say about Villain. His lines are idiotic, but he bought in for full at two of my tables, so I would assume that he isn't a total moron. At the end I got him at...

TPTK oop in a reraised pot

Villain seems to be a standard tag. This is the first time I'm playing a hand against him, and it's also the first time I've seen him reraise preflop.

Re: I river a flush, but my opponent\'s play is suspicious

Heh. My point was that his checking range is very wide and includes both trips, houses, and most statistically likely, pocket pairs. It's hard to reasonably dispute this.

???

[/ QUOTE ]

Even without any reads it's pretty reasonable to conclude that UTG will not bet a pocketpair into two other people on this board, no?

Edit: I guess you got it...

Re: I river a flush, but my opponent\'s play is suspicious

[ QUOTE ]
I don't like the flop play. T hi flush draw on paired A board three-way can only lead to trouble.

As played lead river for $225.

[/ QUOTE ]

No, I think my flop play is perfect....

NL400: KK facing a turn raise

I haven't been at the table for long, but Villain hasn't done anything to call attention to himself yet. I'm not sure how villain sees me; my pfr was probably around 24-28, but as I said, I had not...

Re: obscure MUST SEE movies

[ QUOTE ]

The Best Years of our Lives, as someone mentioned, is also wonderful.

So is Barry Lyndon.

(Those two aren't exactly obscure though)

NL200: QQ versus some strange betting

It's been a month and a half since I last played poker on a regular basis, and let me tell ya: Playing poker is not like riding a bicycle.

No reads on villain, though of course from his betting...

Re: NL400: Deep with AK on drawy flop

I called without much thought and got shown 44. That made me wonder if his range makes a call profitable.

I agree that just calling the reraise is the best play, and the Ad is a notable bonus when...

Re: NL400: Deep with AK on drawy flop

Well obviously, but I only need to be a 35 % favorite against his range to make a call profitable.

NL400: Deep with AK on drawy flop

Re: NL400: TT preflop

Hey kysus, did you reraise kind of big based on your image/recent history, or did you just want to make it look like a squeeze/some other reason?

Villain is kysus_. He was spewing like a [censored] on another table, especially preflop, but he seems to be past this now.

Does babyainzi still play? He's the biggest loser in my database, which admittedly isn't very big.

NL600: Turned a set and I vomit

Villain is an old school donkey. A few hands back he minraised preflop, I reraised to 60 with AKs, and he minraised yet again. I went all-in since he only had 60 big blinds and he showed down AA.
