Poolside Cabanas at the Hard Rock
Sorry for the slightly off track post, but my bachelors party is scheduled in Vegas in a couple of weeks time. Some of my guests have rented a poolside cabana for us at the Hard Rock for the weekend....

Elevens - that only works if you abandon the nickel as well.
If you keep the 5c piece, then 3,4,6 and 7 all round to 5.
If not, then 1,2,3,4 round down, and 5,6,7,8,9 round up.

In New Zealand, we junked the 1 and 2 cent coins about 10 years ago.
Supermarkets et al still charge whatever they like - 99c, 96c etc. Total is added up and rounded at the till. So you lose at...
