Re: 22$ A8s FD and TP on flop

Why not lead turn for $500 or even shove?

Re: 33$ TJs str8 on turn ,bubble

Looks good to me. The all-in looks like pair + flush draw here. Bet/call flop and check/shove overbet turn looks like weakness.

Re: $6.50 - 2 AK Hands - whats my play?

Call, shove every day of the week. AK late in the game is often unfoldable.

Re: Moving from $3-6 Turbos

I realize that, maybe I didn't make myself clear. I don't miss when it's an obvious (maybe not necessarily ATC) push from SB, when it's an obvious push with huge blinds from button, etc. I think...

Moving from $3-6 Turbos

For the past 2 weeks, I've 20-tabled 10-max $3.40s on Stars with a 16% ROI over ~500 games. I think I have the bankroll now to play $6.50s. How big is the skill gap? I'd really like to move up...

Re: JJ early $6

Call flop? I think this is a shove or fold situation on flop. It's close, but I'd probably end up folding this.

Re: 16$ : QQ L1

Just call the min reraise. I don't see how you can get away from it on flop though.

Re: 16, JJ facing all in at 25/50

I think we see a scared smaller pair (88, 99?) or AJ/AQ most of the time here.

Is villain a winner?

Re: 10$ S&G on PS: AK preflop early oop

Call preflop if you're capable of check/folding the flop when you miss (which is most of the time). Otherwise you can shove I guess.

Re: Calling pushes with pairs.

I think his question was more what pair would it take to call here. In the late stages of STTs, you're looking for fold equity. As such, when you still have a comfortable stack (10BB is healthy),...

Re: $3.40 AK call here?

I suppose at a higher limit this might be a fold? I folded and wanted to puke when I saw UTG fold behind me.

Freeroll with People Sitting Out: Help!

I'm in the $5k turbo freeroll on Stars and most of the people at my table are sitting out.

People who aren't sitting out when I'm in the BB:
UTG and CO.

How should I be playing to minimize...

Re: Should I have raised differantly?

Looks standard. Turn looks innocuous, I assume you went broke here, I think most of us would have.

A little early to be pushing AJo here out of position, and a raise would probably have to be in...

Re: ($24) Flop decision with messed up AQs

Raise more preflop but DONT shove, if you raise more (t700 or so) and a big stack 4-bets you then it's an easy fold, but getting it all in against a shortstack preflop here is probably best.

Re: Question Regarding Bubble of Satellite STT

You have almost 1/3 of the chips in play, you can safely fold your way to the top 4 which is your only goal. I'd fold almost every hand. If you're on button or in SB you can push quite a few hands...

Re: ($24) 77: nice flop, horrible turn, beautiful river. Line check

I'd fold preflop.

If you're confident someone will bet a flush draw or ace, then a check-raise is probably the best play on flop. A strong c/r gives awful odds to a flush draw and you might find...

Re: $60, really slim bubble push...?

This is a really slim push with any hand range, why not wait for money with the 1st or 2nd biggest stack?

Re: 5400 FPP Sats- Early/Mid game Strategy

Usually in FPP STTs I play extremely tight early, and push/fold - with premium hands - when odds don't really justify it.
