Re: ZOMG, help me not suck anymore - 200NL VIDEO
I thought there were merits to flat calling the min raise A8hh on the 834hh board and calling any turn pretty much. I don't think you pick up in fold equity what you lose in blowing him off hands you...

Re: RR with JQs to isolate a 70/18 player?
yeah raising seems like it sucks since our hand sucks against his calling range which is probably any ace, any decent king and any pocket pair.
just call, mega donk being in the hand should keep...

Re: Loosing at NL $1 help me finding my leaks
my pfr is 11 from sb an 10 from BB, and I'm mostly raising premium hands with some 3 bets with small pp/scs against taggy button stealers. Most of raising % is BvB scenarios I'd imagine.

Re: Loosing at NL $1 help me finding my leaks
Probably just a bad run of cards. Your stats look fairly normal except for the went to showdown/won $ showdown combo being a bit low and losing a lot from SB. Whenever these two stats are low for me...

Re: 10 10 reraised pot
I don't know if I like a bet here that much, because I think villain will raise with any draw and you can't continue, so you're really not protecting your hand when you bet. If he has some marginal...

why wouldn't be bluff that board?
if you really think he never bluffs, check/fold is best, as
2/3 the time he's gonna have the better hand when any money goes in.
checking allows him to catch...

The thing I don't like about this spot is that if he pushes, you'll be getting 3:1 and be priced into calling it all off as a dog.

Re: basicly i suck at poker. lots of pics
Your turn/river af are pretty low too. I'm guessing you're missing some important value bets on the turn/river, which can add up really fast toward the bottom line.
What hands do you raise or...

Re: 1-2 NL flush and straight draw all-in call
I think this hand is kind of interesting, because it seems the difference between calling and shoving is the stack sizes of the guys behind you.

Am I the only one that plays Bodog? Play 300NL, not many good regulars, Remih and Yantar seem pretty solid, few other ok players that I'm probably forgetting but not that many.

Re: 100 nl - WTF spot with underboat
Just bet big (30-40) to get action from the A, theres no point in betting small since villan really has to have a straight or better to call any bet. Call a shove, it'll be a minraise and you beat...

Re: 100nl with unexpected bet on river
I think the hand was played fine. You can bet a little less on the flop since it was reraised, though the pot bet ok as well I guess. A 23/10 generally won't call a preflop reraise with AJ/AT and...
