The all-in UTG is complicating things here: (a) because a raise does not have the same probability-adjusted equity (i.e. if SB folds to raise, you only win 3K for sure and 12K with some %), and (b)...

Biggest problem with raising 4x or more is that you mostly get called or raised by better hands and don't get value for your hand when it is best.

This is especially true towards the latter...

Like I said - I don't think the Fed will raise rates.. but you have to keep in mind that the Fed's primary mandate is to fight inflation, even at a cost to economic growth

It can't hurt to mention poker. Just make sure they know it will not interfere with your job as a trader (e.g. you won't be playing online tourneys till 2am every night)..
