Ok I removed 77-88 from his hand range. It seems it's correct to fold even if he calls an all in with a pair + draw. I'll go back to reading more and posting less, lol.

I stuck the hands in pokerstove with what i thought was his range. {33-88, 86s, 65s, 53s}

The equity range came to about 55/44 in favor of you.

Ok I want to add that if he's afraid he'll lose action if a potential straight card comes on the turn, then his raise does have merits if he has two pair or better.

I just limp preflop, especially without reads. IDK his raise is fishy because there are no draws to protect versus an overpair. I feel he might be making a move with a pair plus draw or maybe 77 to...

hello I'm new but I would call the all in here. He could have a pair of jacks or just some kind of draw here. There are lots of combos that you are ahead of. Oh yeah and he's shortstack too.
