I think PF is fine. You could have raised if you felt like you needed to, but limping is fine also. I bet more on the flop, though. Probably 80-100. Check turn, call river imo. Basically I...

fold preflop. KQ is rubbish and you won't know where you are on the flop if you get called and you don't have a big enough stack to find out.
[/ QUOTE ]
That's too tight, I think. If...

Re: 6.50, BB TPWK multiway pot
meh, the min-bet by SB doesn't signal a whole lot of strength to me. He might have a 7, or be on a flush draw. With < 10 BB I think I push with top pair. I might be overvaluing my hand,...

Re: $60s - 2 bubble hands
HoH III had some problems similar to the second one. IIRC he said you usually only want to call with AA or KK here (and maybe AKs?), since you're in good shape to make the money and the player that...

Re: 16$ KJo, preflop first in fold.
I think a read on your opponents is pretty important here. If you raise to 400 and one of the blinds shoves, then you'll be getting ~1.8:1 odds. That could possibly dictate a call, right, based on...

Seems fine to me. Preflop raise is good. I would probably put him all in on the flop.

Re: (39) QQ and flop action.
Larger raise preflop. As played, I would probably (grudgingly) lay this down since it's still early in the tournament. Without any knowledge of the villians, it's too hard to know what you're up...

Re: 25nl - 99 against fish
A limp/rr from EP can be a monster, but from the SB, with only 1 player left to act, it's unusual. I'm with tiger_hall on this one, you need to bet the flop here.

Re: Slowplayed set on dry board multi-way
UTG doesn't have 78, and it's very unlikely that SB has 78. I also don't think we need to be overly concerned about a flush draw from UTG.
I like the c/c on the flop. I would c/r a much smaller...
