Maybe check-raise on turn would have gave you information you needed.

Hard call at river. At least in Party I have seen this kind of moves from loose players with very strong hands. So fold...

Fold preflop. Bad position weak hand. Don't miniraise preflop.

And with given action fold to turn bet.

I would guess he has hit set to his 9's. And his all-in bet is big for NL10. You can see wild all-ins in NL10 but I think you will get better chances to put your money in the middle.

If his play haven't be extremely tight during those 10 hands I would bet the flop. There are tons of weak players trying to steal pre-flop but haven't heard about cont.bet. On turn also half pot lead...
