I'm not folding yet. I'd call the raise. We have position here so we can analyze the situation more on the turn. If he bets again and we don't catch a king we can fold easily. If he only has AJ/KJ/QJ or QQ he probably checks. I think folding on the flop is a bit too weak even though we are against a passive opponent. However if you are sure he wouldn't c/r without at least two pair, then it's an easy laydown.
