Danpil is alright. He minraised the turn in position on me this morning at NL25 and then tried to convince me in chat that he had 24o after I folded. LOL, sure you did dude.

What I meant was, I think if he is calling we are toast. I want him to fold, mostly, and if he raises we can easily fold. I think over the lengthy jog, we will get some value out of b/f in...

are you pokerstoving preflop? We know 33 is behind his range when this dude 3-bets. What is this with regard to?

I'm pokerstoving the river.

Re: wow i\'m not good at the poker 33
It is true that the villain will call with most of his 3-betting range. The problem is that we're behind over 50 % of the time even to a typical preflop 3-bettor:
equity win tie pots won...

Re: wow i\'m not good at the poker 33
Why are you check-calling the flop?
I really doubt a villain with such tight stats is calling this river with a hand you beat over 50 % of the time.

Re: Switch from $0.5/1 to $1/2: Opponents worse?
PokerStars $1/$2 6-max is similar. Lots of cold calling 3 and 4 bets PF, lots of chasing, donk-o-matics, bluff-o-matics, autobet-when-checked-to-o-matics. The great majority of players there have...

Re: Casino Ante
The commission is 10 BB / 100. If you can beat the game for more than that, it's profitable.

Re: Quick question please
I'd start lower. I deposited $20 and started at $0.02/$0.04, but most people don't have the patience. I think if I had to do it again, I'd probably deposit $100 and start at $0.25/$0.50.

Re: fishy bets
A good player will donk bet when he thinks that will maximize his winnings, so it really depends on who's betting and what your table image is.

Relax. They're worth way more than that. That $7 has is only the cash they can use immediately, and that figure obviously doesn't include the players' money.
