I'm very new, so please take this with a big dose of salt. ouch. I think you're beat here. He 3 bet you preflop so he probably doesn't have the flush or the straight, but he probably has a better pair. even if he's got 7's you're toast. he's bet hard every street so maybe he's on 10's? in any case, check and fold to a bet on the river i think.

I would c/r the flop -- you tell villain that you have a very strong hand, and if he 3b's, it is a good indication that he has a monster and can call down.
On the river, I'm thinking b/f is appropriate here. If you are raised on this board, you can safely lay it down.

I think I'd go ahead and but a c/r in on the flop. This guy has a very narrow 3-bet range that you are mostly ahead of. He probably has an overpair or overcards and may have a FD to go with it.

Tricky Hand: I limp pre-flop with pocket 3's. I bet the flop, as its not a good time to show weakness. But I'm folding to a raise on the flop. If I'm just called, I would probably check/call down.

Why are you check-calling the flop?
I really doubt a villain with such tight stats is calling this river with a hand you beat over 50 % of the time.
