new to NYC
I've been playing a long time, both online and live in the town where I went to college, helping to pay for school. I recently moved to NYC after graduation to accept a job as an analyst at a hedge...

Re: Checking on my pf game
My problem with calling is that you are 330 bets deep with the button. If you're the button and the BB cold called, wouldn't you also cold call with a very wide range considering you are so deep with...

Re: My Blind Play Sucks [stats]
You've posted over 10,000 dollars in the Big Blind and $4,891 in the small blind, and you are in the worst position on every street postflop. I lose in the blinds and I make > 5BB/100, so I don't...

Re: NL cash, the rebirth...

Sorry, I assumed fr at 60 h/hr not six max at 100.

Re: NL cash, the rebirth...
A decent rate in my opinion is 5PTBB/100 or about $50 an hour four tabling. Higher than 5/100 is definitely achievable here, however.
As far as buyins dropped and other b/r considerations, I've...

Re: 5/10nl party hourly rate?
PTBB is double the big blind, so $20 at 5/T NL.
It is this way because a Big Bet in limit is double the big blind (20 dollar big bet in 10-20 limit, which has 5T blinds), and Poker Tracker...

Re: Tough KK hand
reads are important in six max games.
With no read whatsoever, you definitely can't fold this hand. The average 2-4 six max player's re-ranging range contains a lot more hands than just AA.

I actually decided to fold, b because 9 out of 10 times I am behind in this situation. My opponent showed me Kd Qd so it was literally 50/50 on the flop. This is a fold I never make,...

Re: 2/5PL Live T4s
I really like it if he raises p/f a lot and usually follows up with a continuation bet. In that case it's very possible he doesn't have an ace, and hopefully he's capable of laying down an ace here....

Re: 400NL... Alllow me to reintroduce myself...
I'd also most likely fold here, depending on the opponent.
What would he mini c/r the flop and lead the turn with? Would he do it with diamonds, middle pair, or a small pocket when you raise on...
