I\'m a n00b - Stud 8OB line check.
Sorry in advance for the HH...the site I play at sucks for HHs and I don't really know how to convert it. Feel free to post how I screwed up any other streets. This is HU in a horse tournament....

Re: Really high blinds on the bubble.
to clarify blinds were 640/1280...no antes.
After some thought I folded here and, button showed 77, which held vs whatever BB had. Yet I still managed a 3rd place because button before my BB made...

Really interesting hand tbh.
From Button's point of view:
If SB is always calling w/ ATC (which alot of ppl would do, seeing only the 15-1 odds), Button can actually push quite wide....

Re: Really high blinds on the bubble.
IMO QQ+ is too tight and calling here with 72o wouldn't be smart, IMO it's defn not call with any two. Remember if I call im facing a 3 way all in. If I fold and leave 200 behind and pusher wins then...

Really high blinds on the bubble.
Edit: If anyone feels like throwing out an approximate range that I should call with it would be most appreciated. (I don't think this is a situation where I should fold or call with any two.)

Re: Short stack push... this a weird range?
That's true, but I can't find a realistic range here where A9s is worse than 109s vs their calling range here. Remember we are at 6BB here. I mean he gave a calling range of [A10+ and 1010+]...which...

Short stack push... this a weird range?
I got into an argument with another player and I just want a 2nd opinion here. He's been killing tournaments on the site I play at but I thought his range and comments here were weird.
We are at...

Re: Limp-push SB - what do I do?

I'm probably calling either way because I'm trying to get enough chips to be able to win the tourney -- not just finish in the top 10.

Wasn't posting that I was in the...

Limp-push SB - what do I do?
Im certain I screwed this hand up somehow, but I really dont know what i should've done. 100k tourney on mansion down to final 3 tables. I'm at 56k and have no history with villain as we just...

I hate the stupid [censored] sigh when you bust too.
[/ QUOTE ]
I wanted to break something when it did that.
Just curious as to why you say its closer on this site than on stars?

Re: Squeeze.....what to do?
K just checking. I timed out lol (they only give you like 15 seconds :P). Felt like a big mistake as soon as it happened. Dealer also folded.

Squeeze.....what to do?
I think I might have made a mistake here. Villain is active and quite aggressive. I don't have too much of a read on dealer, he seems tight.
Hero (t36000)
Dealer (t22000)
Villain (t13000)

Late in 100k on mansion.
The only history I had with the guy was that two hands previous he completed his SB and moved all-in when I raised from the BB. I folded this hand.
We are at 27 players with blinds at 1600/3200...

You beat me to posting the links /images/graemlins/wink.gif. As played I would think folding>calling here, push 1st time around though.
