Default Got involved in a hand with a shark -- advice?

Villian in this hand is SirWatts/TheNewf.

Converter got the pot wrong. Should be like 13k I guess after antes.

I think I'd bet like 7k here. That makes it pretty hard for him to raise any amount.

I check behind here. That flop is all over the hands he calls a raise with out of the BB.

bet 7k/call seems pretty cool and i have no idea what Bond is talking about. What hands call PF with these stacks and then give the chance for mlagoo to check behind when mlagoo should be shoving over the top of a raise a ton with a board such as this?

JTss/KJ/KQ/AJ/AT are all in his range the majority of which check shove as is the most common play.

calling preflop with pretty much any one of those hands is a major mistake.

choosing c/shove instead of bet/call with most of those is, although a smaller mistake than the call PF, still a mistake.

now that i think about it, i can't think of a single hand he could have that i'd like this play with.

I don't know the player at all but I also like checking behind. I think Bond's range and their C/shove mindset is typical.
