If he regularly folds after not hitting flops, leading out is a cheaper way of taking the pot away. C/R is more expensive when it goes wrong.

Id raise to about 50. Too many cards can come on the turn that'll give you a tough decision to make if you just call the flop bet.

The extra $1 is ovbiously some sort of surcharge for the level of gayness in 3 friends sharing the same room.

Re: NL100: Overpair facing flop overbet
Id fold Hand 1 because his bet is so strange and with no reads I think youd be much better folding. For hands 2 and 3 I would call as it easier for him to do this each time you folded previosly to...

Re: Flushdraw turns top pair with top kicker in raised pot, 100NL
I'd want to get the rest of his money in there on the river, or as much of it as I could. Based on his play and the very draw heavy board I think c/c or c/r would be the best way to do this. Give him...

Re: Turning nut flush after being flop min-raised
Check turn and make a small raise if he bets. If you lead into him, he isn;t going to try and push you off the pot without a diamond, unlikely anyway. Whereas he may if you check to him. His range is...

Re: Nielsio theorem
I see no reason why you should ever have an 8+ buy in downswing at micro stakes, i.e .25/.50 and lower. Yet I'm sure many capable players have come through those levels with relative ease.
As for...

Re: WCOOP Satellites 5 card draw
I played one today and qualified quite comfortably in the end. Seems that a lot of the players had little to no experience, and some were very obviously holdem only players, that were knocking...

I find the controls far better than on the PS2. Give it time. Youll see it's much better eventually.
