Re: Slowplay my set?
Call is probably nice, raising UTG he's probably not helped by the board, so let's hope A or K lands on the river and he fires a big barrel at you.

Re: Am I completely out of line here
Folding here is right given the board but I would've preferred c/c or c/r the flop and c/f the turn. What would you have done if he reraised to $27 on the flop, do you call?

Re: umm?
You have to continue after the c/raise, but you're almost always already beat.

Re: J10s 3-bet pot, put AI on flop
Next time please call this PF and bet/call on the flop. JTs plays really well on the flop, OOP you just shouldn't have elevated it to a big pot and put yourself all in on the flop like this. It's...

Re: 4bet the flop?
You definitely can't 4bet the flop.. his small raises are creepy and probably adding value to a better hand.

Re: but I have a flush....
Check/call turn to underrep and get value on the river, not an option? We hold a pretty small flush, might as well be considered the nutstraight or something.

Re: river decision
Don't play this junk PF too often on the button.
Please bet the turn, you have a lot of outs to even call a c/raise and you want to build the pot and cut down the backdoor flush.

Re: 100nl QQ on mega drawy flop
Set is not what we should be worried about, but QJ. His most likely range is AJ KQ AQ KJ QJ JT T9s 98s 87s etc. With a huge number of outs to the nuts he minraised flop to add value with position...

Re: AK vs 2 opponents
Just fold this one. You've only invested $12 so far, having to call a big shove to proceed. There are 2 opponents still in the hand and you are far more likely to be behind at least 1 than being...

Re: NL100 nut straight runs into awful river
Some of the advice above is not very good. We can't fold. We also can't check/call as that doesn't make sense given strength of the hand. We know him holding a flush doesn't make true sense unless...

Re: Playing against LAGs - is it worth it?
OP, this is quite basic but just remember that when loose raisers sit to your left, all your legitimate bets are wasted because they will reraise you and you never know when to play or fold.
When...

Re: 200 nl : why do my bluffs never work
He called your 3bet PF so K helps him not you. Try to bluff when a card falls that you think the opponent will think has helped you and not him... just take your thinking to another level if you...
