Don't forget to agonize over every hand preflop, yet still fold, and don't forget to continually drift off to sleep at the table so that you always have to be reminded that it is your turn to act.

It's tough to play that river espically aginst a lot of the calling stations at the 3/6 tables. At a higher limit or a tighter gamer I might bet the river if I think they will fold.

I agree that calling for a set-up is much more annoying, it's almost never a good player, and usually someone who just happened over from the blackjack tables or the slot machines. It just slows up...
