yeah, I had one for 700 a month ago that cleared the next day. I'm pretty sure Neteller is ok for the time being for Canadians in terms of withdrawing.

I just attempted a Neteller withdrawal today of ~4000, since stars wouldn't let me withdraw by cheque what I had deposited in their site in the first place. I'll keep you posted as to how things go.

Yeah it comes down to deciding whether hand protection is a priority or not vs. just value betting. As in my previous reply I though raising the flop for value was the best play if we couldn't rely...
